        In the early days of parade float building, thousands of real flowers were used for float decorations. Floral Sheeting, Grass Mat, Festooning and Fringe, manufactured by Valley Decorating Company, is designed to give the look of the traditional flowered float without the painstaking effort and time required for fragile flower decorations.
